Important Note for every International Students:

• Students get offer letters within 1-3 days, but the university can provide it within 2-3 hours after application.
• The university holds student passports for at least one semester. Students can collect their passports after one semester if they completethe  requirements of 80% attendance and a CGPA of 2.00.
• They have pathways for diploma and bachelor programs to the UK, Singapore, Australia, and France. IfCGPA 2.00 and 80% attendance.
• MOI, Linguaskill, TOEFL, IELTS, or any other English proficiency certificate is applicable.
• For all bachelor and diploma programs except IT, student must have a grade C for their overall previous result.
• But for IT course, students must have grade C in mathematics. Otherwise, they won’t be eligible for the IT course.
• The bachelor program’s total cost is 40000 RM. But if a student pursues a diploma degree in this university, they only need to pay 10000 RM for bachelor degree.
• Their diploma program duration is 2 years (maximum 2.5 years/ 30 months) BBA 3 years.
• They can choose either a 4+0 or a 2+2 pathway program.

Step 1: Prepare Documents

 Here’s a list of things you need to do:

1. Ensure that you meet the academic and English language requirements for the programme. By the application closing date, you must have attained the minimum qualification required for the programme.
2. Scan copies of your relevant educational certificates and transcripts (in PDF format except Picture (passport size-JEPG)

1. E.g., SPM / STPM / UEC Result
2. SSC / HSC / WAEC certificate and results
3. IGCSE ‘O’ and ‘A’ Level certificates and results
4. Diplomas, degree certificate, results and other relevant academic documents etc.
5. Translated and notarised copies are required if these documents are not in English.
6. Proof of English language proficiency where applicable (e.g. Cambridge English, IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, MUET etc.) accordingly to the English language requirements for the programme.

3. Scan a copy of your Identification document.

1. Malaysian applicants: Front and back of your NRIC or Digital NRIC (reflecting full details)

1. International applicants: ensure the passport validity date is 12 months or more, Scan clear coloured version of the biodata page
2. Prepare a passport-sized digital photograph that meets these requirements: ·

Step 2: Upload Documents Online

1. Log on to the Online Application Link, Apply Now, And Upload all required documents
2. Then, you are required to select the mode of verification (Face-to-Face Visit Mantissa College / Zoom Online)

Step 3: Verification (Compulsory)

All supporting documents submitted in your application, such as identification documents, all academic document, must be verified by Mantissa

Applicants can choose one of the following channels for document verification:

1. Physical
   • Bring your original documents for verification at Mantissa College
2. Virtual
   • Attend the virtual Zoom verification session on the selected date / time.

Step 4: Outcome

Complete application will receive an outcome within few hours after the verification session is concluded, then the applicant shall proceed to make payment before programme commencement.
