Admission Process

Student Registration: Need to fill in student information via our online profile system and send a confirmation email with the completed student information for KUV.

Admission Fee Payment (one-time, non-refundable): 7,450,000 VND ~ 310 USD. The cost in VND (Vietnamese Dong) can change due to fluctuations in the exchange rate of the US dollar (USD). We temporarily estimate the exchange rate at 24,000 VND per 1 USD.

This fee is necessary to secure the scholarship and confirm the student’s participation. Once payment is made, KUV will initiate the visa processing.

Visa Processing Timeline: After the application (admission) fee is paid, the visa process takes at least 2 weeks. Have a 120 USD fee for a visa or on a case-by-case basis. Please plan accordingly.

Tuition Fee Payment (15-credit course)

6,400,000 VND/credit~ 267 USD/ credit.  The total 15 credits are 96,000,000 VND ~ 4,000 USD. If a student doesn’t have a scholarshipThis should be completed 1 week before the semester begins. We also offer some flexibility in special cases – please communicate if needed.

Student Reporting to School: Students must report and confirm by email the day to arrive at KUV at least 1 week before the semester begins.

Student ID Check-In: Students must complete their ID check-in no later than 1 week semester starts.

Admission Cycles: The admission cycles for the Keiser University programs implemented in Vietnam correspond directly with the admission cycles at the university’s campuses in the United States. Typically, there are six admission cycles each year (aligning with the three main semesters in the U.S.).

Commencement of Lectures: Lectures will begin according to the official semester start date as per the academic calendar.

Tentative Payment Plan: Will be updated by KUV, or the agent will persuade the student:  6,400,000 VND/credit~ 267 USD / credit.  The total 15 credits are 96,000,000 VND ~ 4,000 USD. If a student doesn’t have a scholarship.
