First of all, everyone needs to access the official website for the South Korea visa application, complete the application by filling out each section perfectly, then enter the details and attach the required documents. Once the application form is completed, the applicant will receive an email.

Step 1 – Access the link
At first, the applicant must access the link and go to the fill out the form button. Link and sample given below;

Step 2 – Complete the application form
In this section, the applicant must has to complete and submit the online application form, providing all required documents. Applicant has to submit the following information here:

After completing all of the sections in the above, the applicant can click the save option and complete the form. Once the application is complete, the applicant can download the PDF, which is available in the portal.
Step 3 – Book the Appointment
After completing and submitting the application form, the applicant has to access the link to book the appointment. Link and sample given below

3.1 – Applicant has to click the check reservation button, sample shown below;

3.2 – Email/SMS log in
- Select authentication where the verification code will be received – Email/SMS
- Terms and conditions – Click all and tick
- Applicant Name
- Mobile number
- Type security code
- Click send verification code
- Type verification code from email/mobile number
- Click Log in

3.3 – Applicant has to click the Reserve to Diplomatic option from the menu

3.4 – In this page, the application has to click the Make a reservation option.

3.5 – Select a diplomatic mission
- Select region – Southeast Asia
- Select country – Malaysia
- Select Embassy – Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Malaysia
- Press the next option

3.6 – Select the date and time
- Select – Visa for non-Koreans
- Select – Date available on the website
- Select – time mentioned on the website
- Press the next button

3.7 – Reservation details
- All submitted information shown on this page regarding the reservation – Check carefully
- Have to provide the identification number – Passport number
- Type the security code carefully
- Press the next button

3.8 – Applicant will get a confirmation email regarding appointment reservation and can also download the PDF from the website.
Step 4 – Submit the documents to the Embassy as per the appointment date
The applicant must attend the embassy on the scheduled appointment date and time. Submit the required documents to the embassy. The checklist for applicants is as follows:

Step 5 – Application fees
Applicants need to pay a 176 RM application fee at the embassy during the application and document submission process.
Step 6 – Confirmation/rejection of visa
After submitting documents to the embassy, applicants should wait 7-10 working days for a visa decision. The applicant will get an email from the embassy regarding the visa decision.
