Azerbaijan Visa Application Checklist for Applicants
Applicants need to arrange the following documents (Hard copy/printed copy) for an Azerbaijan tourist visa application;
• Passport
• Completed Azerbaijan Visa Application Form (Printed)- https://losangeles.mfa.gov.az/files/shares/Application%20for%20Visa.pdf
• Passport-size photo
• Cover letter
• Bank statements (3 months bank statement with minimum 10,000 RM – 15,000 RM)
• Travel itinerary
• Flight booking
• Hotel Booking
• Proof of study (Student confirmation letter/NOC)
• Employment letter/ NOC in Malaysia
Step 1 – Complete the application form
At the beginning, the applicant must download and fill out the application form. Complete the application carefully and prepare the rest of the documents for further procedures of the application.
Step 2 – Documents submission at the Embassy
In this stage, applicants have to print every document, including the Azerbaijan Visa Application Form, Cover letter, Bank statements, Travel itinerary, Flight booking, Hotel Booking, Student confirmation letter, and Job employment letter. Applicants have to visit the embassy of Azerbaijan with all documents and submit the complete set of documents for a visa.
Azerbaijan Visa Application Fees:
Single entry visa fees: $20
Emergency visa fees: $50
Step 3 – Visa confirmation
Once the applicant submits all of the documents and passport to the embassy of Azerbaijan, then the applicant has to wait around 7 working days for the visa confirmation. The Embassy will inform the visa update through applicants email address. After that applicant needs to visit the embassy and collect a passport.
