Sunway University Requirements
Academic Qualifications: Certified copies of high school transcripts/certificates for undergraduate or a Bachelor’s degree for postgraduate studies.
English Proficiency: If the first degree was not in English, international students must provide proof, such as IELTS (average 6.0) or TOEFL (600 paper-based/250 computer-based).
Scholarships
Sunway University offers scholarships and bursaries for international students, including the RM3,000 International Bursary for Diploma programs based on strong GPA/academic results (e.g., Bangladesh HSC 4.0). Other merit-based scholarships (e.g., Chancellor’s Scholarship) require high academic achievement (SPM/STPM/Pre-U), extracurricular records, and a CV.
Academic Excellence: High results in pre-university, matriculation, or equivalent studies.
Documentation: Certified copies of all academic transcripts, extracurricular certificates, and a curriculum vitae (CV).
