AIS International School Malaysia started its journey in 2007. Since 2007, the school’s name has been Alnoor International School. Then, after 18 years, the school’s name was changed to AIS International School. These school fees are very affordable for both Local and International Students.
The school is situated in Kuala Lumpur. They follow the Cambridge Curriculum, such as IGCSE and A-Levels, with Arabic language and Islamic studies across British, Bahraini, and Indian streams.
They offered Early Years, Primary, Secondary, and A Levels. Children aged 3-5 years can be admitted to Preschool. In the 6-11 age range, students can be admitted to Secondary. For A-Levels, students can apply for Grades 12–13.

Visa Application Documents Checklist
1. Applicant’s offer letter from the school and the school fee payment receipt
2. Applicant must provide the original passport and a copy of all pages, with at least 18 months’ validity, 6 empty pages, embassy certification, and the latest social pass endorsement.
3. Original and certified copies of both parents’ MYKAD/MYPR/Passports (all pages), including spouse’s latest social pass endorsement and return ticket/exit stamp.
4. Passport-sized photographs (Blue or White Background): Student (2 pcs) and Guardian (2 pcs).
5. Checklist for Evidence of Affinity
(Original + Copy, translated to English, valid for 6 months only)
1. Marriage Certificate – if applying for a spouse
2. Divorce & Custody Certificate – if parents are divorced
3. Birth Certificate – if applying for a child
4. Custody Letter / Adoption Certificate – if stepchild or adopted child 5
5. Death Certificate – if one parent has passed away
6. Single / Unmarried Status Document – if single parent
Important Notes:
English Translation & Certification must be done by the Embassy of the document’s origin in Malaysia, or by the Malaysian Embassy in the country of origin.
6. Provide Family Relationship / Next of Kin Letter from Embassy or High Commission (only if required)
7. Health insurance must be valid for 1 year, show hospital coverage, be usable worldwide, and be from a company with a branch in Malaysia.
8. School leaving certificate/release letter (in English, printed with school logo, required if transferring to another school).
9. Guardian must provide a verified 3-month bank statement in English showing RM 30,000 balance, proof of RM 15,000-RM 20,000 monthly transfers from sponsor, and for renewal, a Malaysian bank statement with funds from father or licensed money changer after the MOE support letter date.
10. Sponsor’s (usually father) Documents: Employment with a company: Provide an employment contract certified by the embassy, 3 months’ salary slips certified by the employer, and 3 months’ bank statements, with an RM 60,000 + balance verified by the bank, all translated into English.
2. Self-Employment/Partnership Business: Submit certified business license, 3 months bank statements with RM 60,000 balance (plus director fees and salary slips if partnership), HR income letter, income tax papers with receipt, client contracts, and profit & loss account.
11. Submit tenancy agreement (original + copy, LHDN stamped with 6 months validity), rental receipt or SPA, plus maintenance and utility bills.
12. Student and guardian must be in the photo, showing (for apartment: building name, unit number, living room, kitchen) or (for house: front view, unit number, living room, kitchen)
