 Required Documents for a Brunei Visa Application From Malaysia

Tourist Visa Requirement

1. Valid passport (At least six months validity remaining & containing at least six blank pages)
2. Copy of passport
3. Two recently taken passport-size photographs (White or blue background)
4. Visa application form (Signed)
5. Copy of Malaysian pass (if applicable)
6. Onward/return tickets or confirmed itinerary
7. Forwarding letter / NOC from the Office
8. Copy of the marriage certificate if traveling with a spouse
9. Copy of birth certificate if traveling with children
10. 3 months’ bank statement or any financial proof
11. If you are married to a Malaysian, provide a copy of your marriage certificate and your spouse’s IC.
12. If you are a Malaysian PR, please provide a copy of your PR card.
13. Travel Insurance ( Required From January 2026)

Business Visa

1. Valid passport (At least six months validity remaining & containing at least six blank pages)
2. Copy of passport
3. Two recently taken passport-size photographs (White or blue background)
4. Visa application form (Signed)
5. A forwarding letter from the company in Bangladesh stating the purpose and duration of the trip, and guaranteeing all financial expenses of the applicant during the intended stay in Brunei
6. Letter of invitation from the host company in Brunei (REQUIRED)
7. 3 months’ bank statement or any financial proof
8. Onward/return tickets or confirmed itinerary
9. If you are married to a Malaysian, provide a copy of your marriage certificate and your spouse’s IC.
10. If you are a PR of Malaysia, provide a copy of your PR card

Employment Visa Application

1. Completed medical report together with the medical results
2. Original passport
3. Copy of passport
4. Completed visa application form
5. Five recent passport-size photographs
6. Approval letter and receipt from the Immigration Office Department, Negara Brunei Darussalam.
