  • Download and Fill out the Application Form.
  • The original passport and the copy. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the tour date.
  • The applicants must copy Malaysia​n Visa and the latest Malaysian Entry Stamp. The visa must be valid for at least 3 months.
  • Provide a confirmation letter from the university in Malaysia addressed to: The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia, Visa Section.
  • The passport must have at least 2 blank pages left for the use of visa stickers and stamps.
  • Provide proof of your return or onward ticket.
  • Proof of payment for accommodation for the whole period of stay in Indonesia.
  • The last 3 months’ bank statements
