After you submit your application, you must provide your documents to our commercial partner. You can provide your documents by:
uploading copies of your documents yourself through our commercial partner’s website, free of charge
Taking your documents (originals or copies) to your appointment, where our commercial partner will scan them for you, for a fee
If you choose to pay for the assisted scanning service, all documents (originals or copies) must be A4 size; otherwise, you may be charged for scanning.
If we require passports, you must take the originals to your appointment. If you have uploaded your own copies to our commercial partner’s website, you must still bring your original passports, but you will not be charged for scanning.

Writing to inform you that a decision has been made on your UK visa application. Since you used the Keep My Passport While Applying service, we request that you submit your passport to the VAC (UK VISA APPLICATION CENTER) as mentioned below as soon as possible.
You may resubmit your passport using any one of the options listed below:
In person (carrying this email copy and original passport)
A representative to hand over the passport on your behalf (carrying this email copy and original receipt)
Sending passport via post (include the email copy along with the passport in the shipment)
You are required to submit your passport within 28 days of this email/phone call*.
Failure to submit your passport within the stated timeframe could lead to the duration of your visa being reduced.
*Passport Resubmission Timings: Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (except public holidays)
*Passport Collection Timings: Monday – Friday 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm (except public holidays)
