1. Where is UTM situated?
Ans: They have 2 campuses, one in Johor Baru and the other in Kuala Lumpur. UTM main campus is in Johor Baru, which is 300 kilometers from Kuala Lumpur.
2. What are the admission requirements for Undergraduate International Students?

3. What kind of accommodation facilities do you have for single and/or married students?
Ans: 11 residential colleges can accommodate about 17,000 students. Married house/ apartment, although more limited in number, are available for postgraduate students who wish to bring along their family.
4. How many semesters/intakes does UTM have?
Ans: Two semesters in a year.
5. How can I know that I have been accepted to UTM?
Ans: Every online application will be processed within 5 working days for evaluation, and only successful applicants will be offered to study at UTM. All sucessful applicant will receive the offer letter through email.
6. How much processing fee should I pay for an application? How can I pay?
Ans: The application fee is RM80.00 per application for Malaysian students and RM450.00 for International students. It should be paid using FPX, Credit/Debit card, and Flywire before submitting your application.
7. Do I have to attend all the lectures?
Ans: Students must attend at least 80% of the lecture meetings. This is essential to ensure students have received adequate knowledge and exposures, before sitting for the final exam. In case of non-compliance with this attendance requirement, students will be barred from sitting in the final examination.
8. International student apply weekend class?
Ans: Yes, if you have the working pass for categories 1 and 2.
