Notes:
1. Additional fees of RM 500/subject for lab material and practical training.
2. Fees for books and uniforms will be announced before the new academic year begins.
3. Parents who pay one-year tuition fees during the first month of the academic year are entitled to a 10% discount on tuition fees and a deposit waiver.
4. For families who enroll more than one child, a 10% discount on tuition fees is given to the third child and 15% to the 3rd onward.
5. There are two semesters in a year: the first is in August and the second is in January.
Discount Scheme:
1. 10% discount on tuition fees for a one-year full payment.
2. 5% discount on tuition fees for one whole semester payment.

- Copy of both parents’ passports (data page & visa page).
- Copy of parents’ marriage certificate ( original & translated & attested by the embassy).
- Copy of student health insurance policy (recognized by the Malaysian Government).
- *Divorce certificate & custodian letter (original & translated & attested by embassy).

FOR DEPENDENT VISA APPLICATION SUBMISSION
- Processing fees: refer to the visa application form.

- Student’s birth certificate (original & translated & attested by the embassy).
- Dependent’s passport (mother or younger sibling), all pages, including blank (pages and covers).
- Dependent’s birth certificate (younger sibling only-original & translated & attested by the embassy.
- Both parents’ passports (data page & visa page).
- Copy of parents’ marriage certificate (original & translated & attested by the embassy).
- *Divorce certificate & custodian letter (original & translated & attested by embassy).
- *Death certificate (parent passed away – original & translated & attested by embassy).
- Copy of applicant’s health insurance policy (recognized by the Government).
- Proof of financial ability to support dependents in Malaysia (latest 3 months of bank statement with a minimum remaining balance of each month RM10,000 and endorsement by the bank or notarized by the notary public in the country).
- Affidavit of Undertaking (younger sibling only).
Admission Process

Eligibility to Apply Student Visa
1. Age should be below 18 years when applying for the visa.
2. A student MUST register, pay all the related fees, and provide all required documents before applying for the visa.
3. Students who hold a special pass with “Arranging to leave the country” are not eligible to apply for a student visa until they clear their special pass status.
4. Overstayed students (expired visas) will not be entertained until the overstay status is cleared.
5. Students whose parents hold a “general worker visa” are not eligible to process the student visa.
6. Students whose parents hold a “professional visa/employment pass” are not eligible to apply for the dependent visa.
7. Younger siblings who are 3 years of age and below are granted dependent visas based on their parents’ request. 8. Each child should have his/her separate passport.
Documents Required for a Student Visa
1. RM 650 student visa application fees.
2. Fill out and submit the visa application form.
3. Passport-size colour photos with blue background (3 photos).
4. Copy of the student’s passport (all pages, including outside covers).
5. Copy of the student’s birth certificate (Original and translated into English and attested by the embassy).
6. Copy of both parents’ passports (data page and visa page only)
7. Copy of the parents’ marriage certificate (Original and translated into English and attested by the embassy).
8. Copy of applicant’s health insurance policy.
Documents Required for a Dependent Visa (parent and younger sibling):
1. RM 1,150 dependent visa application fees.
2. Fill out and submit the visa application form.
3. Passport-size colour photos with blue background (3 photos).
4. Copy of the dependent’s passport (all pages, including outside covers).
5. Copy of the dependent’s birth certificate for younger sibling only (Original and translated into English and attested by the embassy).
6. Copy of the student’s birth certificate (Original and translated into English and attested by the embassy).
7. Copy of the student’s passport (data page and visa page only).
8. Copy of the parents’ passports (data page and visa page only).
9. Copy of the parents’ marriage certificate (Original and translated into English and attested by the embassy).
