Universiti Utara Malaysia is a public management university in Malaysia. It is situated in the Sintok, Kedah area. In Kuala Lumpur, it also has a branch campus. Universiti Utara Malaysia is commonly known as UUM or University Utara Malaysia. University Utara Malaysia has a specialized program in Management education in the country. Campus life at University Utara Malaysia

The University of Utara Malaysia has 15 residential halls (13 on campus, two off-campus in Kachi). There are two campuses in UUM.

Sintok Campus

Sintok Campus is the main campus of the university. The main campus is on a 1,061-hectare (4.10 sq mi) site in Sintok, Kedah. The Campus is 48 km north of Alor Setar city and 10 km south of Bukit Kayu Hitam, near the Malaysia-Thailand border.

Kuala Lumpur Campus

Outside Sintok, a study center is fully owned and operated directly by UUM. This non-residential campus occupies a nine-storied building in the city center.

Visa Processing for the International Students

After receiving the University of Utara Malaysia offer letter, international students can apply for a Malaysian student visa. The student’s visa is issued by Malaysia’s immigration department, which takes at least two months.

The mandatory requirements for visa application to study in Malaysia are:
